Shipping and Returns

Free shipping for orders above Rs.999.
All orders containing non-customized products are shipped within 3-5 business days.
All orders containing customized products (including all wood products) are shipped within 5-7 business days.
Once dispatched, products take around 2-7 business days to be delivered. Kindly note that shipping may take longer in areas beyond major cities.
If you need any assistance regarding the shipment of your order, or if you want to check for the possibility of a faster delivery, kindly get in touch with us at hello@thewhimsicalsparrow.com and we will do our best to address your request.

We do not offer returns once the order has been placed.

In case you have received a damaged product please write to us at hello@thewhimsicalsparrow.com with your order number and images of the product showing damage, within 24 - 48 hours of receiving the order.
Once approved, we will replace the product/refund the amount.

If for any reason you would like to cancel your order, you must do so within 24hrs of placing the order. Kindly email us at hello@thewhimsicalsparrow.com with your order number for assistance regarding this.
Once shipped, we will not be able to cancel your order.
If you have entered an incorrect pin code or contact number, please write to us at hello@thewhimsicalsparrow.com to rectify the issue within 24hrs. Please note that we can update the correct code or number only if the order has not been processed by our shipping partner.
