How long will my order take?

What should I do if I have received only a part of my order?
We make sure that all the products are sent to you in one package. In case there's something missing kindly mail hello@thewhimsialsparrow.com.
What should I do if I have received a damaged product?
Oops! We are so sorry to hear this. Please write to us at hello@thewhimsicalsparrow.com along with photos of the damaged product within 24-48hrs of receiving the product and we will sort this as smoothly as possible.
What should I do if I don't like the product I received?
We are so sorry to hear this. Unfortunately, we only offer returns/exchanges if the product is damaged. If you are unhappy with the quality of the product, please write to us and help us serve you better next time.
I want to place a bulk order. Do you offer discounts?
Yes, absolutely! We love big shopping bags! Do write to us about your requirements and we'll take it from there!
Can I customize any product?

Do you offer International Shipping?
We would love to make our products available internationally and are working to get in touch with the best courier partners to facilitate this. You will hear about it from us through our newsletters as soon as we're ready!
What should I do if the product I want is out of stock?
Oops! We're sorry to hear that. You can write to us about the product and we'll notify you as soon as it's available again!
My tracking link shows "Delivered" but I haven't received my order. What should I do?
Please check at your gate or with your security as due to restrictions, the courier partners often leave the parcels there.
In case you haven’t received your order, Please drop us a mail at hello@thewhimsicalsparrow.com within 24 hrs of the delivery mentioned in the tracking link. We shall check with the courier service.Please note : We would not be able to investigate with the courier service if it is informed to us after 24 hrs.
